convenient location comfortable bedding helpful service small room size dust accumulation ventilation issue
the location is quite convenient with easy access to key attractions. the room i was allocated had comfortable bedding. the front desk staff offered prompt and helpful service (i appreciated it).
The room size felt somewhat small, especially when trying to manage luggage. there was a noticeable amount of dust behind the bed. I found dust bunnies when retrieving a dropped item. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation which led to moisture buildup after showers.

Very nice Midtown Stay!
perfect location friendly staff corner unit
I had such a terrific time! The location worked perfectly because it's close to everything. I didn't need a car! I really liked the staff because they were friendly and available. The room had a great view. It was a corner unit!
The elevators sometimes took a long time. I often waited five minutes.

I had the Corner King Room City View. It included a king bed and city views, it was super clean! The air conditioner worked, and the window opened slightly! Light switches are near the entrance. This is very convenient.

I was pleased to find a Starbucks in the building. It has all the usual options! The breakfast has decent price. I suggest you take it. The breakfast had good food and choices. I really liked it.

The hotel is close to Central Park and Times Square. Everything is near? Several subway stations near the hotel can take you anywhere in minutes! There is an organic market on the corner with good soup!

The location allowed easy access to many attractions. i liked how close the subway was for getting around. the staff also let me check in early. That was nice. the workout facility was a good size. it had a beautiful view.
i noticed the reception area can get crowded. suitcases often cluttered the space.

central park was within a short walk from the hotel. times square was just behind the corner. the subway was very near. i felt safe walking around at any time.

the breakfast option provided a yummy start to the day. the hotel had a starbucks bar for extra coffee needs. several reasonable restaurants are very close to the hotel. i did enjoy the breakfast option.

The workout facility included several machines for exercise. i saw free weights available, too. the facility had a beautiful view. It made the workout more pleasant. this location offered great amenities.

The hotel sits near major attractions. Subway access was simple. My room had a high floor location. I saw a nice city view from my window. The room feature everyday cleaning. This was a benefit . The staff were attentive and helpful at all times. I found amenities to be of good quality. There was a gym. The gym had updated equipment. The lobby included a Starbucks. I easily got my morning coffee there. The hotel's location made walking convenient. I walked to several Broadway shows. My room included comfortable beds. I slept soundly each night. There was a good shower. I appreciate the hot water and pressure. The hotel provided sufficient towels. The towels were soft. Check-in was fast. I got to my room quickly. The staff helped me with directions. I also had an easy checkout. The process was very efficient.
The in-room water bottles had a high price.

The reception provided quick assistance with check-in, and the concierge was available to provide directions to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff was helpful when I requested extra towels, and they were delivered promptly. They always smile.

Fantastic stay near Central Park!
city view friendly staff luggage storage
I loved the city views from my room! It was on the 21st floor and offered a nice view of the buildings. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel stored our luggage for us, as our flight wasn't until later.

clean room kind personnel nice view
The personnel proved very kind. helpful. The room was clean, had all amenities I needed. The view of skyscrapers from the 29th floor was very nice from my room. I thought the baggage hold was a good addition.
The shower water had excessive pressure.
